Adult Material
While GrayGay.com deals with gay adult themes and contains links to sites that may have adult material, there is no adult material on the site and it is the policy to keep it this way. Posts to the bulletin board and chat rooms that contain such material will be removed.

Minors
GrayGay.com contains adult themes regarding relationships between adults. Use of this site by minors or by those intending to contact minors is prohibited and will result in the perpetrators being barred from the site and information being passed to the relevant legal authorities.

Links
By providing links to other sites, GrayGay.com does not guarantee, approve or endorse the information or products available at these sites, nor does a link indicate any association with or endorsement by the linked site to GrayGay.com. We try to only include links to free sites or sites where additional paid content may be available. Other sites may be included under our advertising program - for more details click here.

Editorial Policy
Every effort is made to ensure that editorial and reviews are fair and accurate. However, we are aware that locations, owners and sites can change rapidly and (where possible) reviews are dated to give an indication of when the review was made.

Reviews in the GrayGay Guide and the links pages attempt to be as impartial as possible and reports are validated by alternate sources to ensure accuracy.

GrayGay.com does benefit from some affiliate programs where payment is made upon sign-up by users who are referred to external sites but these programs do not make a significant contribution to the site costs and will not affect the review of the location or site.

GrayGay Guide listings
No responsibility is accepted for errors or omissions. While every attempt is made to ensue the data is up-to-date, it is suggested you contact the venue in advance of a journey to verify that it is still in existence. The inclusion of a venue in the guide does not imply that that venue is necessarily exclusively for a gay clientele and it is suggested that you behave appropriately.

GrayGay.com is aimed at mature gay men and those who are attracted to them. Venues that do not cater for this market will be excluded from the Guide editorial and links but may advertise on the site. Much of the information is based on user reports which are validated where possible. However, inappropriate listings may be removed by sending an email to info@graygay.com.

Non-related advertising
The following will be charged at $50/€50 for 1 year inclusion

• Any of the free listing categories not specifically for gay seniors/admirers as rated by the readers of the GrayGay Guide and verified from other sources.

Member information
Member information is held for the purposes of running GrayGay.com and is subject to EU data-protection laws. Abuse of this information by a member may result in them being barred from the site.

Forums and Chat Facilities
While GrayGay.com and it's agents are not responsible for the content of these interactive forums, persistent abuse of the forum facilities or of other users may result in messages being removed and the poster excluded. In addition, the abuse of these forums for the purpose of soliciting offers for goods or services (including sexual services such as escorts) is specifically excluded unless permission has been obtained from the webmaster of GrayGay.com in advance.
