Amsterdam
Despite being billed as the "sin city" of Europe and having a very large gay population, Amsterdam doesn't have many places for older/younger guys. However, the saunas are worth investigating. If anyone does know of a bar(s) in the Netherlands that are frequented by older guys and admirers I would gladly include them.

Although it, too, has a very mixed crowd. In the evening, you'll find lots of straight/gay/lesbian Dutch (all kinds of people from 20 to 80), singing, joining arms and swaying to wonderful Dutch "liedjes" (songs). It's a blast!
